Massachusetts College of Art, Boston, MA. 10/02 'Windfall' was comprised of 51 broken umbrellas that I collected in Copley Square, Boston, MA, in an hour and a half on a particularly windy and rainy day in the spring of 2001. Three different sets of lights were set up on dimmers that faded up and down on different time schedules causing the shadows to be in constant movement. |
